Post-merger Premises Integration

  • Managed the rationalisation and integration of the occupational real estate
  • Worked with the UK COO and the Facilities Team to develop plans to move staff from each organisation to the three retained premises
  • Managed the tendered Fit-Out operation and ‘churn’ programme, which achieved the new occupancy requirement, including the decommissioning of one dealing room and the temporary installation of another dealing room
  • Co-ordination and direction of the letting/disposal agents to achieve the target of reducing the occupational premises from 12 locations to three in order to meet savings targets
