About Our Projects

Reps property project delivery for clients has, to date, spanned from 2,500 sq ft up to 175,000 sq ft. The range of projects include in-situ refurbishments, CAT A and CAT B fit-outs in new and existing buildings. Reps project management provided procurement of professional design team including architect, QS, IT & AV, construction PM, tender process for main contractor, tender for corporate move provider and management of all client side delivery workstreams.

Reps have worked with law firms, banking and insurance clients, high-end serviced office providers, IT companies. Reps Project Management approach can be applied to any organisation. It is defined by securing defined requirements and understanding the organisation first and foremost and allowing that to inform the procurement of the design team and additional specialist providers that may be required.
