REPS Ltd is a Real Estate project company. We work with our clients to project manage, source, design and execute their new work space, relocations or refurbishments.
We believe real estate projects are so important to our clients that everything we do is focused on delivering value, quality and success. We are the project managers from conception to completion. Work space should be a top priority for the company’s leadership team to ensure their real estate vision is fully realised. We believe that a good Real Estate Project Manager should enable an organisation to lead and control their project requirements from building search through design into construction, to relocation and into business as usual.
Real Estate Services
Reps provides independent Client Representation and Real Estate Project Management services; relocating offices large and small, refurbishing in situ offices and general Real Estate portfolio projects. Focussing often on small to medium sized companies who do not have this in-house expertise, we use experienced, senior project managers who work with your organisation to identify needs and benefits and then assist you to procure the best in class teams to design and construct your new space. We also remain independent to all vendors within the real estate, design, furniture, construction and IT sectors in order to maintain access to the breadth of choice in the industry. We do not accept commissions from third parties.
We assist companies in understanding the impact of relocation and how they can manage effectively in new operating environments. Our Project management services ensures the delivery of fully functioning, operational and confident teams into new workplace environments. Our Project Managers become part of your organisation to maintain consistent engagement with the senior team sponsoring the project and members of the organisation with delivery responsibilities including FM, IT, HR, Comms, Legal, and Operational Risk. We employ a governance and control model to wrap together regular client sponsor status and steering meetings, programming and reporting and 1:1 management with key delivery teams. Our Project Managers integrate the organisation’s change management requirements within the property programme to maximize the benefits of the new workspace.
Who are we?
Reps was formed in 2010 and is led by Jerry Williams and Caroline Pearce-Browne, Real Estate and Change Management experts. Reps has a combined industry experience of over 40 years, and as senior project managers we have managed a range of projects across a variety of industry sectors including law, insurance, banking, actuarial, pensions, government, media, oil and exploration, IT and surveying. We use a network of trusted and skilled associates, consultants and technical experts to provide bespoke solutions for our clients.
