  • A ‘churn’ programme was conducted to reduce the occupational costs during the economic downturn.
  • Associated building work was put out to tender and contractors appointed.
  • Office floors were re-arranged, the dealing room reduced in size, one floor of 15,800 sq. ft. was vacated and sub-let to create a substantial additional income stream, which delivered cost reduction within that financial year.
