China Construction Bank Moves to Old Broad Street
We are pleased to announce that all China Construction Bank staff have now moved into their new office space on Old Broad Street in EC2.
This represents the culmination of a multi-faceted project, with the initial acquisition of 122,000 sq.ft. and sub-let followed by a rapid re-location into the 42,500 sq. ft. premises in time for Christmas 2014. The re-location was completed within three months in order to minimise business interruption and ensure the client’s growth plans remained unaffected. The quick completion of the Construction and Fit-Out phases ensured the comprehensive programme of re-location for all CCBL staff was executed efficiently.
The client-facing banking hall on the ground floor and meeting suite on the sixth floor are now also complete, adding to the impressive facilities and floor space at CCBL. Working alongside Overbury, Medland Metropolis, Pringle Brandon and Bigham Anderson, Reps delivered a highly successful Fit-Out and re-location package for CCBL in its role as Client Representative and Project Manager.
